Doug's ministry experience includes over 17 years as a pastor and 19 years of traveling full time. While pastoring, he birthed a full four-year bible college with a Master's degree program as well as a publishing company known as Revival Press, and later as Destiny Press.

While working with a well known network of churches in the United States, Doug operated in the position of General Superintendent providing leadership and pastoral oversight for hundreds of churches and ministers. As well as coordinating the efforts that birthed over 50 new churches in just six years around the nation,
